Visits to our website

The data is stored in Dynamicweb’s database, and it can also be shared with our CRM-system to be added to an existing account or created as a new one. The data will be stored until you request it to be deleted. If data pertains to future or existing orders, it will be stored for a minimum of five years.

The purpose is to handle your request, and the information will not be shared or transferred to third countries. The data will be stored until you request it to be deleted.

E-mail newsletter

If you choose to sign up for our newsletter, we collect the following information:

  • Name
  • E-mail
  • Company

The purpose of collecting the data is to send out newsletters to you. The data will be stored as long as you have signed up for our newsletter.

The information will not be shared or transferred to third countries.

When signing up for the newsletter, your e-mail address will also be stored in Dynamicweb’s database and in our CRM system.

If you do not wish to receive the newsletter, you can find an unsubscribe button in every newsletter. If you choose to unsubscribe, please use the same email address as the one you signed up with.

We handle cookie information as non-personal data. If IP-addresses or other identifiers are regarded as personal data according to local legislation, we also regard these identifiers as personal data.

Additionally, if non-personal data is combined with personal data, we process the combined data as personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
